Computer upgrade: WD Scorpio Blue WD1600BEVE

I upgraded the hard drive for my Dell Inspiron 700m notebook,
a.k.a. Tsianina. The original drive was an IBM
IC25N060ATMR04-0 60GB 4200rpm unit. The new drive is a Western
Digital Scorpio WD1600BEVE 160GB that spins at 5400rpm and has
an 8MB cache. Not only was the increase in storage capacity needed,
but it also allowed me to create two partitions (C: for the OS and
D: for data).
